Last time out for Tottenham, they fell to an incredibly disappointing 1-0 defeat against Crystal Palace, who were winless in the league prior to the fixture, which followed back-to-back wins over West Ham and AZ Alkmaar.

Despite the unexpected loss, Ange Postecoglou‘s side have been in strong form as of late for the most part, winning seven of their last nine matches across all competitions, with the other two ending in defeats.
