As one of the best heavyweight fighters on the planet in MMA, we have decided to take a look at the net worth of Tom Aspinall. Read on to find out Aspinall’s net worth, career earnings, endorsements and salary from his UFC career to date.

Tom Aspinall Net Worth

As the reigning UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion and the future of the division, we have decided to take a deep dive into the career earnings and net worth of Tom Aspinall. It’s fair to say that the 1993-born MMA superstar has made a fair bit of money in his career so far and won’t be worrying about his bank balance anytime soon!

As of today, Tom Aspinall’s net worth is said to be around £500,000 (source: athletefortune.com). The 31-year-old has been on a rise in the UFC in recent years, topping that off by winning the UFC Interim Heavyweight Title at the first time of asking in the most emphatic fashion last time out.

Aspinall became only the third ever British UFC champion, after Michael Bisping won middleweight gold back in 2016 and of course Leon Edwards won the UFC Welterweight Title in 2022.

Although he is now a huge player in MMA circles, Aspinall hasn’t earned anywhere near as much as you would have though. It was reported that before the Pavlovich fight, Aspinall’s net worth was only estimated at around £250,000. However, now it has doubled since and will continue to grow the more successful the Englishman becomes inside the cage.

His total career earnings and UFC purses are outlined below too. The vast majority of Aspinall’s income comes from MMA and his stellar career so far in the UFC. Until recently, Aspinall won’t have made the huge paycheques, but now, he is one of the biggest starts in the UFC and will continue to earn a fortune for the rest of his career.

Tom Aspinall UFC Career Earnings

Tom Aspinall has been a professional MMA fighter since he made his debut back in 2014 on the undercard of a MMA Versus UK undercard in Manchester, England.

The 1993-born MMA fighter has seemingly earned far more money since signing for the UFC, up until winning the UFC Interim Heavyweight Title in November 2023. For that fight against Sergey Pavlovich, Aspinall earned a reported $682,000. His base purse for that fight was $500,000, but the Salford man received a further $182,000 in performance bonuses and sponsorship.

That is without a doubt the biggest purse of his MMA career to date, but could be trumped this weekend if he is able to avenge his sole UFC loss to Curtis Blaydes in the co-main event at UFC 304. Should Aspinall win the fight versus Blaydes, he could pocket upward of $650,000 for his efforts (source: MMA Salaries).

With his short yet successful career in the UFC so far, this means that Tom Aspinall’s total career earnings inside the octagon equates to roughly $1.5 million. This is far lower than a lot of other fighters in the UFC, but if he continues to win his fights in emphatic fashion, this figure will grow at a rapid rate.

Now that Aspinall is the interim champion at heavyweight, his paycheques will massively inflate. He will continue to earn millions of pounds as a UFC fighter going forward, with some potentially huge fights on the horizon for him in 2024 and beyond.

Below is a list of every one of Aspinall’s last five UFC fights and how much he earned (in dollars due to UFC being an American organisation) for each bout.

Tom Aspinall UFC Fight Purses (Last 5):

Aspinall vs Pavlovich – UFC 295 $682,000

Tom Aspinall Endorsement Deals

Tom Aspinall makes the majority of his money from competing in the UFC, but he also has various sponsorship deals outside of the octagon that boost his net worth. The Salford man is one of the main athletes on board with GymKing – who are his main sponsor.

UltraMMA are another of Aspinall’s main sponsors, who will continue to be in his corner in his UFC fights going forward. Furthermore, the Interim UFC Heavyweight Champion is also backed by a few other businesses, with Beast Pharm and Redline just two more of his biggest backers.

Due to these four main sponsors, Tom Aspinall earns a tidy sum outside of the octagon, as well as earning a fortune in it. Now he is one of the best heavyweight fighters in the world, his earnings outside of the cage will continue to grow with various sponsors wanting to get on the hype-train with the future of the heavyweight division.

Ultimately though, it is punching people in the face for a living that pays Tom Aspinall the most money. Not a bad job!
