Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce appeared to enjoy the men’s US Open final more than most on September 8.

The pair’s attendance in the luxury suites at the Arthur Ashe Stadium certainly didn’t go unnoticed. And nor did their antics when a certain iconic rock song from the 2000’s came on during a break in play.

Sat alongside friends Patrick and Brittany Mahomes, Swift stayed true to her trade and burst into song with Kelce which appeared to delight fellow spectators.

Fresh from the NFL season-opening victory against the Baltimore Ravens just two days before, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end was happy to showcase his vocal skills alongside his superstar girlfriend.

Admittedly, Kelce probably shouldn’t be thinking of a career change just yet. However, his confident and powerful rendition of ‘I Believe In A Thing Called Love’ by The Darkness certainly pleased the crowd.

Taylor Swift US Open

Taylor Swift has more time on her hands now that the European leg of her Eras Tour concluded in London last month. She was in high spirits as she teamed up with her partner.

Those sat in the rows in front didn’t seem to notice the golden couple belting out the 2003 hit. Even after 20 years, the song remains as popular as ever.

Patrick and Brittany Mahomes saw the funny side to Swift and Travis Kelce’s US Open sing-a-long. Many were quick to post on X, formerly Twitter to add their thoughts on the light-hearted ‘performance.’

Swift was also in attendance for the Kansas City Chiefs 27-20 victory over the Baltimore Ravens at the Arrowhead Stadium. However, there were no vocals on display.

All-in-all, it’s been a brilliant weekend for Swift but even more so for Kelce. The Chiefs are joint 6/1 favourites with the best betting sites in the UK to win a third consecutive Superbowl championship next year.

Until then, Kelce may want to keep his focus on the field rather than trying to hone his vocal chords! Scroll down to watch the video in full.
