The Inter Ultras have been left in mourning after the shocking murder of one of their leading figures on September 4.

Antonio Bellocco was stabbed to death after a feud erupted between himself and fellow ultras leader Andrea Beretta. The latter had been shot at by Bellocco before using a knife to cut his victim’s life short.

Beretta is accused of slashing Bellocco in the throat several times when he was sat inside a vehicle, various reports suggest. Naturally, the shocking act of violence between the feuding leaders has stunned the ultras movement.

What makes the incident more surprising is that the pair were understood to be good friends. They had even played 5-a-side football earlier in the day before the brutal incident unfolded.

Furthermore, the victim Bellocco is understood to have been the son of a highly respected mafia boss. Unsurprisingly, many will be expecting backlash.

Inter Ultras Left Stunned By Fatal Feud

Inter – who the best betting sites in the UK price at 4/6 to win Serie A this season – have yet to comment on the murder. In fact, it’s not known if they will.

Nonetheless, the Inter Ultras will be in mourning for some time. Reports indicate that the murder occurred in the north part of Milan.

Both men were understood to be in a smart car when the violent and fatal feud erupted. No other parties were involved. It’s suggested an argument ensued over the management of the stadium affairs.

Beretta, 49, was taken to hospital for his injuries and has since been arrested by the authorities. Bellocco’s ties to the Calabrian mafia will surely see a strong form of brutal retaliation.

The Inter Ultras have been a prominent part of the club for years. They typically occupy the Curva Nord section of the San Siro.

Not only do they attend all Serie A fixtures, they can be found cheering their side on in European competitions such as the UEFA Champions League.
