Jump racing lovers will see their pulses ‘racing’ this week as the action is back at Prestbury Park with the two day Cheltenham Showcase Meeting on Friday and Saturday.

There will be two seven-race cards over each of the days – with top National Hunt trainers Dan Skelton, Paul Nicholls, Nicky Henderson and Willie Mullins just some of the big names on show.

ITV Racing To Show NINE Races At Cheltenham Showcase Meeting

The Cheltenham Showcase meeting this Friday and Saturday will also be covered by ITV Racing, who will be at Prestbury Park to broadcast NINE of the fourteen races.

ITV Racing will beam four LIVE races on Friday (25th Oct) and another five on Saturday (26th Oct).

While in between the Cheltenham action they will also be covering some races from Newbury and Doncaster – including the Group One Futurity Trophy Stakes, where recent Royal Lodge Stakes winner Wimbledon Hawkeye is one of the fancies with the best horse racing betting sites in the UK.

They last raced at Cheltenham on the 17th and 18th April – so racing returns to Prestbury Park after a six month break.

Latest Cheltenham Racecourse Going, Ground and Weather

The current Cheltenham going is GOOD, good-to-soft in places – with the Going Stick 6.6.

However, there is a chance of some rain as the week moves on – into Friday and Saturday – so the ground conditions could change as race day draws nearer.
