Chelsea’s squad is worth almost 300 times more than Barrow’s, as the League Two side travel to Stamford Bridge in the EFL Cup.

Enzo Maresca’s side will divert their attention to the EFL Cup on Tuesday evening, as the Blues play host to League Two side, Barrow.

Chelsea are coming off a huge Premier League victory, after beating West Ham 3-0 at the London Stadium thanks to a Nicolas Jackson brace and Cole Palmer strike.

The Blues have enjoyed a strong start to their 2024/25 campaign, picking up 10 points from their opening five league matches and will be looking to go a step further in the EFL Cup after losing in the final last season.

Standing in their way is League Two table-toppers, Barrow, who have accumulated 16 points from their opening seven matches – which has placed them at the top of League Two.

Barrow have earned some impressive victories in the EFL Cup to earn a trip to Stamford Bridge, beating Port Vale and Derby in the previous rounds.

However, their chances of picking up a win against Chelsea are slim, especially when looking into the squad values of both clubs – as Maresca’s squad is worth almost 300 times more than Barrow’s.
