EA Sports FC 25: Best Penalty Taker

All stats are ranked between 1-99 on EA Sports FC 25

93 rating: Harry Kane (Bayern Munich)

The England captain has established himself as one of the best strikers of all time, becoming the record goalscorer for England his former side, Tottenham Hotspur.

Kane has received a 93 rating for his penalties and an overall rating of 90 in FC 25, the same as his score in the previous year – meaning his position as the best penalty taker in the world has maintained.

During his career, the Englishman has scored 77 times from the penalty spot but has also missed 11 – equalling a conversion rate of 87.5%.

His most notable miss came in the 2022 World Cup quarter final against France, as Kane smashed the penalty over the bar despite scoring from the spot just moments prior.

However, since then the 31-year-old has not missed a penalty, but for England, Kane has missed four penalties and the remaining seven were during his time at Spurs.

92 rating: Borja Iglesias (Celta Vigo), Ivan Toney (Al Ahli), Andrej Kramaric (Hoffenheim), Vincenzo Grifo (Freiburg)

Just behind Kane is another England international, as Ivan Toney earned a 92 penalty rating in EA Sports FC 25 – despite a shocking move to Saudi Arabia.

Toney has taken 32 penalties in his career (scoring 30 and missing two) with his most recent penalty miss coming in the 22/23 Premier League season against Newcastle and ending a run of 10 penalties scored in England’s top division.

La Liga star, Borja Iglesias, has also achieved a strong penalty rating of 92 and the Spaniard has scored 36/40 spot kicks.

Bundesliga duo, Andrej Kramaric and Vincenzo Grifo, are the final players to sit in the 92 category – with the former scoring 53/60 and the latter scoring 38/43.

90 rating: Erling Haaland (Manchester City), Robert Lewandowski (Barcelona), Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United), Cristiano Ronaldo (Al Nassr), Fabinho (Al Ittihad)

No player on EA Sports FC 25 received a rating of 91, meaning the next best penalty takers have all been ranked at 91.

Manchester duo, Erling Haaland and Bruno Fernandes are among the names in this section, with the City star scoring 46/51 penalties – missing two for Pep Guardiola’s side.

Fernandes has become somewhat of a penalty specialist since joining Manchester United, sparking controversy with his ‘hop, skip and jump’ technique – but the midfielder has scored 54/60 during his career.

Barcelona striker, Robert Lewandowski, is the next player to earn a score of 91 and the Poland international has scored 7/8 for the Spanish side.

The Saudi Pro League has been well represented from the penalty spot, as Cristiano Ronaldo and Fabinho join Ivan Toney in this list.

Ronaldo is known for being clinical from the penalty spot, scoring in vital moments from 12-yards out and the footballing icon has scored 163/193.

Fabinho may be a shock to some people, given his combative nature in the centre of midfield, however the Brazilian has an impressive penalty record of 24/26 – but has missed his only attempt in Saudi Arabia.
