Daniel Dubois Next Fight: Anthony Joshua Rematch At Beginning Of 2025?

Although the dust has barely even settled on his last fight, boxing fans are already talking about Daniel Dubois’ next fight and who they want to see the ‘Dynamite’ in the ring with next.

Dubois is the reigning IBF World Heavyweight Champion, as well as being one of the hottest fighters in the division right now. His last fight saw him annihilate Anthony Joshua in just five rounds at Wembley Stadium in front of 98,128 people, proving to the world that he is a world class heavyweight.

Now, there is even more talk and conversation about Dubois next fight, which looks likely it could take place in early 2025. The man standing opposite Dubois for his next fight remains to be seen, but it is likely the bout with take place in either the UK or Saudi Arabia once again.

For Dubois’ next fight, he will likely go into it as a favourite with the best UK betting sites given how dominant he was against ‘AJ’. Dubious has been an underdog for his last two fights, but has proved the doubters wrong on both occasions, winning via emphatic knockout twice.

Queensberry Promotions kingpin Frank Warren hinted that Daniel Dubois’ next fight could well be a rematch with Joshua, or perhaps the winner of the Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk rematch in December. Time will tell what happens and how the story unfolds, but Dubois is certainly in a strong position.

Could Dubois’ Next Fight Be Against Tyson Fury or Oleksandr Usyk?

It looks like the Anthony Joshua rematch is the most likely fight for Dubois next, with either Saudi Arabia or the UK once again the destination. However, if this isn’t the case, names such as Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk have been throw about as potential opponents for Daniel Dubois’ next fight instead.

Depending on who His Excellency Turki Alalshikh would like to see Dubois fight, and of course ‘DDD’ himself, it could end up being the winner of the Usyk vs Fury rematch in December. One option for Dubois would be to wait it out to fight the winner, or else have a fight in the interim.

Dubois has of course fought Usyk before, and will want to right that wrong if given the chance. Should this fight happen, the best boxing betting sites in the UK would find it hard to split them, with Usyk evidently the better all round fighter, but Dubois in the form of his life and by far the younger and fresher man.

Another potential fight could be against former champion Joseph Parker, or perhaps even a bout with Zhilei Zhang. The Anthony Joshua rematch remains the most likely, but all of the other names mentioned in this article also make total sense.

Not to mention the fact that Saudi boxing chief, His Excellency Turki Alalshikh, has spoken of his desire to launch a Boxing Super League, and Dubois would be the perfect man to fight in it given his latest performance against ‘AJ’.

Fingers crossed an official announcement is made in the next few months for Daniel Dubois’ next fight.
