Gianni Buttice is back with his latest set of FPL tips ahead of Gameweek 11, with this week’s focus being on three Manchester United players you should consider for your squads amid Ruben Amorim’s arrival.

FPL Gameweek 11 Tips: Three Manchester United Players To Consider

With Rúben Amorim taking the reins during the international break, a new chapter beckons at Old Trafford and Manchester United fans have every right to feel optimistic that the Portuguese will get off to a fast start, the Premier League fixture list after all, has been kind to him.

Leicester and Everton home games sandwiched between Ipswich away is as good a three-game run as you could ask for and whilst Ruud van Nistelrooy will take charge for the final time against Leicester, a team United scored five goals against in the EFL Cup only last week, Amorim will be delighted with his opening couple of fixtures.

Only Southampton and Crystal Palace have scored fewer goals in the league this season than United but with a new manager bounce, positive attacking play since Erik ten Hag left and the excellent run off fixtures, it’s time to consider players from the Red Devils again. These are my top three to buy ahead of Gameweek 11.

Bruno Fernandes (£8.2m)

Bruno Fernandes has dropped in price three times this season and is now available at 8.2 million. At 7% owned he’s now a differential, something we haven’t been able to say much since he joined. On his day, he can rival the very best FPL assets. A 90-minute talisman for his team, on free kicks, corners, penalties and he takes up brilliant attacking positions in open play. Under Amorim, who historically doesn’t play with an out and out number 10 we’re unsure where Bruno will play, but its highly likely he remains a key cog in this team and will deliver instant rewards for his countryman.

Alejandro Garnacho (£6.3m)

At 10%, Alejandro Garnacho is United’s most highly-owned attacker, and at 6.3 million he offers phenomenal value. He’s consecutively played 90 minutes in the last six league games and regularly clocks higher shot volume than his teammates. He’s greedy, and we welcome that in FPL, but his finishing has been off as of late, underperforming his expected goals with only two scored so far. He will, however, get shots aplenty in the next three games and comes with a high ceiling for big FPL points.

Diogo Dalot (£5.1m)

Diogo Dalot isn’t cheap at 5.1 million, but he’s a fun own as he always looks to get forward. We could see him operate as a wing back under Amorim and if we do, we can expect better attacking returns than we have seen so far where he only has one FPL assist in his opening 10 games. United haven’t been bad defensively this season with four clean sheets to date, but Dalot offers more potential than a regular six-point performance like most defenders in the game.
