Who Is Favourite To Win The 2024 Shriners Children’s Open?

Shriners Children's Open Prize Money 2024: Winners Earnings and Full Purse Breakdown

The best golf betting sites in the UK are suggesting many players are in with a shout ahead of the 2024 Shriners Children’s Open this week in Las Vegas.

However, it’s the winner of the last two runnings of the Shriners Children’s Open – Tom Kim – who is just heading the main fancies.

Kim landed the PGA Tour event in 2023 after shooting a -20 score over his four rounds – seeing off Adam Hadwin from Canada by a stroke.

In 2022 Kim shot an even better -24 to take the Shriners Children’s Open by three stokes – with US pair Patrick Cantlay and Matthew NeSmith back in tied second.

The last US player to win the tournament was Kevin Na in 2019, with Bryson DeChambeau winning in 2018 and, the already mentioned, Patrick Cantlay taking the title in 2017.

Tiger Woods has also won the event in the past (1996), but is not in the 2024 line-up.

Kim will also be looking to match the three wins that Jim Furyk managed between 1995 and 1999.

But no player in the history of the event has won the Shriners Children’s Open three years in-a-row.
