Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen is a dual threat at quarterback.
Buffalo Bills owners Kim and Terry Pegula seem to be negotiating for a publicly funded new stadium by threatening to move the team. The latest threat is that they won’t renew their lease in the current stadium in 2023.
Where is Josh Allen from? He came a long way from his small West Coast town to become the star quarterback of the Buffalo Bills. Allen grew up in Firebaugh, CA, a small town about 43 miles west of Fresno. He then went to Reedley College and Wyoming before settling in Orchard Park, NY
Josh Allen can do (almost) no wrong in the eyes of the Bills Mafia. However, the QB endorsed a company that many Buffalo natives don’t like. With a sponsored post for Buffalo Wild Wings, the fans turned against their franchise passer for a moment, but will be good when the 2021 NFL season starts.
Former Bills GM Doug Whaley didn’t trust Bill Belichick then and still doesn’t today.
The AFC East will do something not seen in the NFL in decades when the four division rivals all run out young quarterbacks in Week 1. Josh Allen, Mac Jones, Tua Tagovailoa, and Zach Wilson will be the first group of four QBs 25 and younger to start a season in a division since 1973.
ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith destroyed Buffalo Bills backup QB Mitchell Trubisky for saying he enjoyed Buffalo who is very happy to have him. Smith went on a rant saying no one wanted Trubisky as a starter and that all he’s going to do this season is sit behind the Bills’ franchise QB, Josh Allen.
Josh Allen just signed a massive new contract extension but what is it actually worth and which of his fellow young QBs will be next? Allen’s new deal basically includes $150 million guaranteed which is the most ever in an NFL deal. Now Baker Mayfield and Lamar Jackson will be next to sign.
Kim and Terry Pegula, owners of the NFL’s Buffalo Bills, are seeking 100% taxpayer funding of a new stadium. Austin, Texas, is being cited as a possible new home if New York officials cannot finalize a deal.
LeSean McCoy has seen many changes in the NFL over the last 12 years.
