After 20 years of playing football with the New England Patriots, Tom Brady moved on. Brady signed a two-year, free-agent deal with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and he looks like he hasn’t skipped a beat. He’s flourishing under second-year Tampa Bay coach Bruce Arians and has Bucs fans thinking Super Bowl.

The Buccaneers are off to a 5-2 start and Brady is in the thick of the MVP race. Brady is in an offense loaded with weapons and he’s making it all click. Aside from a Week 1 struggle against the New Orleans Saints, Brady has been stellar in the first season with his new team. He’s thrown 16 touchdown passes and two interceptions since the season opener.

The Buccaneers’ offense may even get more dangerous when Antonio Brown comes off his eight-game suspension next week. The Buccaneers signed the troubled wide receiver last week and will be adding him to an offense already loaded with talent.

When former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, an already potent offense got even stronger. Brown can’t officially join the Buccaneers until Week 9 since he’s serving an eight-game suspension. When he puts on the Bucs uniform, he’ll join Chris Godwin and Mike Evans to form the NFL’s best trio of wide receivers.

Add tight end Rob Gronkowski, who was traded to Tampa Bay soon after quarterback Tom Brady signed as a free agent. Throw in running back Leonard Fournette, a former top-4 pick, to join starting running back Ronald Jones and you have arguably the most potent offense in the league.

Expectations are very high for the Buccaneers. Popular oddsmaker Vegas Insider has the team as the favorite to represent the NFC in the Super Bowl. Only the Kansas City Chiefs and Pittsburgh Steelers are heavier favorites to win the title this season.
