Molly Shannon, Melissa McCarthy Top The Suspect List
Only Murders in the Building is known for recruiting A-list guest stars for each season.
Molly Shannon (+300) and Melissa McCarthy (+600) are joining the season 4 cast, and both find themselves at the top of the suspect list for Sazz’s death.
Shannon is playing a “high-powered Los Angeles businesswoman who finds herself drawn into the world of the investigation in New York City.” Shannon’s character is one of the driving forces in turning the main trio’s podcast into a movie.
McCarthy will star as Charles’ sister, who lives in Long Island. When Charles, Oliver, and Mabel need a safe house during the murder investigation, they stay with Charles’ sister in Long Island. Sazz’s murder took place in Charles’ apartment, so it’s conceivable that the sister knows where her brother lives.
In the Season 4 trailer, Vince Fish (+800), Ana (+900), and Alfonso (+1000) are on the suspect board.
While it’s unlikely they killed Sazz, Charles (+6600), Mabel (+10000), and Oliver (+10000) are considered suspects because of their connection to solving murder cases.
