Seattle Seahawks acquire: Roy Robertson -Harris (DT)
Jacksonville Jaguars acquire: 2026 6th round pick
After spending the first four years of his career with the Bears, Robertson-Harris signed with the Jaguars in 2021. He started all 17 games in each of the past two seasons, but saw his snap count drop during the first six games of 2024.
In exchange for Robertson-Harris, the Seahawks sent a 2026 6th round pick back to the Jaguars.
October 15th
New York Jets acquire: Davante Adams (WR)
Las Vegas Raiders acquire: 2025 3rd round pick (Conveys to a 2nd Rd Pick if Adams is an All-Pro, or active for the AFC Championship Game/Super Bowl)
After months of rumors surrounding the two sides, Adams was finally dealt to the Jets ahead of Week 7. The move reunites the wide receiver with quarterback Aaron Rodgers, with New York hoping to salvage their season with some firepower.
In the deal, the Raiders received a 3rd round pick in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft, which could turn into a 2nd rounder if Adams meets certain performance marks.
Buffalo Bills acquire: Amari Cooper (WR), 2025 6th round pick
Cleveland Browns acquire: 2025 3rd round pick (DET), 2026 7th round pick
It was rumored that the Bills were one of the teams interested in trading for Davante Adams, but pivoted to Amari Cooper just hours after the news with the Jets broke on October 15th. Cooper figures to be a big part of Buffalo’s offense, who have been looking for a reliable wide receiver target for Josh Allen.
The Bills sent two draft picks back in exchange, one in the third round of 2025, and a 7th rounder in 2026.
Minnesota Vikings acquire: Cam Akers (RB), 2026 7th round pick
Houston Texans acquire: 2026 6th round pick
Akers played for the Vikings in 2023, but played in just 6 games and scored a single touchdown. He signed with the Texans in the offseason, but was made expendable due to Houston’s crowded running back room.
The Vikings also acquired a 7th round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft, and sent a 6th rounder in the same draft back to the Texans.
October 23rd
Kansas City Chiefs acquire: DeAndre Hopkins (WR)
Tennessee Titans acquire: 2025 5th round pick (Conveys to a 4th if KC makes the Super Bowl & Hopkins plays 60% regular season snaps)
It was widely known that the Chiefs were looking to make an upgrade at the wide receiver position, and they turned to DeAndre Hopkins to be a reliable veteran target for Patrick Mahomes. Hopkins played for the Titans in 2023, and finished with over 1,000 receiving yards and 7 touchdowns.
The 5th round pick that was sent to Tennessee in return can turn into a 4th rounder if a couple of realistic performance marks are met.
Tennessee Titans acquire: Jerome Baker (LB), 2025 4th round pick
Seattle Seahawks acquire: Ernest Jones (LB)
Both Jones and Baker were in their first seasons playing linebacker for their respective teams, but were swapped for one another in Tennessee’s second trade of the day. Both players are on 1-year deals, and have salaries that are within $100,000 of each other.
The Seahawks attached a 2025 4th round pick in the deal.
October 28th
Kansas City Chiefs acquire: Joshua Uche (LB)
New England Patriots acquire: 2026 6th round pick
The Chiefs have suffered some injuries along their defensive line during the first half of the season, and went out and made a move to add to their depth by trading for Uche.
After having a career year in 2022 by notching 11.5 sacks, Uche has just 5 in his 22 games played since. Kansas City is hoping he can regain some of that magic as they attempt to win their third straight Super Bowl.
In exchange for Uche, the Chiefs sent a 2026 6th round pick back to the Patriots.
October 29th
Baltimore Ravens acquire: Diontae Johnson, 2025 6th round pick
Carolina Panthers acquire: 2025 5th round pick
The Ravens are seemingly always in need of pass-catching help, and the acquisition of Johnson should give at least a small boost to Lamar Jackson’s stable of weapons. It is the wide receiver’s second time being traded this calendar year, as he was dealt to the Panthers back in March. He has 30 catches for 357 yards and 3 touchdowns so far this season.
Baltimore and Carolina also swapped late-round selections in the upcoming 2025 NFL Draft in the deal.
October 30th
Jacksonville Jaguars acquire: 2026 5th round pick (Can convey to a 4th Rd pick based on playing time)
Minnesota Vikings acquire: Cam Robinson (LT), 2026 7th round pick (Conditional based on playing time)
Over the last two weeks, the Vikings have now brought in two players via trade, and have sent away two late-round picks in the 2025 Draft. Minnesota needed help along the offensive line, a Robinson is a starting-caliber left tackle when he is healthy. He spent the first 7.5 seasons of his career with the Jaguars.
The Vikings also picked up a 7th round pick, which will void when certain playing time criteria is met. They sent back a 5th round selection that could turn into a 4th.
November 4th
Arizona Cardinals acquire: Baron Browning (LB)
Denver Broncos acquire: 2025 6th round pick
At the deadline, the Cardinals find themselves in sole possession of first place in the NFC West, and are looking to bolster their poorly-ranked defense in order to make a playoff run. They did so the Monday before the deadline by bringing in Baron Browning, the 25-year-old linebacker who spent the first 3.5 seasons of his career in Denver. He has struggled with injuries throughout his career, and has seen his snap count drop from 68% in 2023 to 46% this season.
In exchange for Browning’s services, the Cardinals sent a 6th round pick in the upcoming draft to the Broncos.
November 5th
Detroit Lions acquire: Za’Darius Smith (DE), 2026 7th round pick
Cleveland Browns acquire: 2025 5th round pick, 2026 6th round pick
Whether Detroit would look to bolster their defensive line or not was a debated question in recent weeks. But the NFC-leading Lions pulled the trigger ahead of the deadline, bringing in pass rusher and former Pro Bowler Za’Darius Smith. He played the last year and a half with the Browns, and racked up 10.5 sacks in his 25 games with Cleveland.
The Browns have been sellers throughout trade deadline season, as they previously dealt Amari Cooper to the Bills. They will receive two late-round picks from the Lions in the exchange.
Cincinnati Bengals acquire: Khalil Herbert (RB)
Chicago Bears acquire: 2025 7th round pick
The Bengals lost backup running back Zack Moss to a season-ending injury during Week 9, and decided on trading for a replacement ahead of the deadline. They’ll bring in Herbert, who spent his first four years in Chicago, but has seen his snap count drop all the way from 45% to 7% this year.
In exchange, the Bengals will send a 7th round pick to the Bears.
Dallas Cowboys acquire: Jonathan Mingo (WR), 2025 7th round pick
Carolina Panthers acquire: 2025 4th round pick
The Cowboys have little hope left for this season, but decided to buy ahead of the deadline regardless, at least in this trade. They’ll bring in Mingo, the 39th overall draft pick just a couple of years ago, who hasn’t been getting much usage in Carolina’s struggling offense.
The Panthers were able to get some solid value in return for a player that they’ve given up on, bringing in a 4th round pick in the 2025 Draft.
Washington Commanders acquire: Marshon Lattimore (CB), 2025 5th round pick
New Orleans Saints acquire: 2025 3rd round pick, 2025 4th round pick, 2025 6th round pick
The Commanders are bolstering their roster for a playoff push after getting off to an impressive 7-2 start, and will bring in former Pro Bowl cornerback Marshon Lattimore in doing so. Lattimore has struggled with injuries over the past few seasons, but is still considered an upper-tier cover corner in the league when healthy.
The Saints were able to get a nice return for their player who spent seven full years in New Orleans. In a lost season, they were able to turn Lattimore into two mid-round picks in the upcoming draft. The trade included a swap of late rounders.
Pittsburgh Steelers acquire: Mike Williams (WR)
New York Jets acquire: 2025 5th round pick
The Steelers have long been rumored as one of the teams looking to pick up a wide receiver, dating all the way back to the offseason and beyond. They missed out on many of the big-name targets on the trade market, bringing in Mike Williams, who never found his groove with Aaron Rodgers and company.
Pittsburgh will be sending a 5th round pick back to New York in exchange.
Pittsburgh Steelers acquire: Preston Smith (DE)
Green Bay Packers acquire: 2025 7th round pick
The Steelers second trade of the day saw them bring in one of the more reliable and serviceable defensive frontmen in the league. Preston Smith who has amassed 8 or more sacks in 6 of his 9 full NFL seasons. He’ll join a pass rushing unit that includes TJ Watt, giving Pittsburgh a tough defensive line for the stretch run.
In return, the Packers are getting a 7th round pick.
Baltimore Ravens acquire: Tre’Davious White (CB), 2027 7th round pick
Los Angeles Rams acquire: 2026 7th round pick
White signed a one-year deal with the Rams in the offseason, but was made inactive for the past four games and was given permission to seek a trade. He will be shipped off to the Ravens, and figures to be a backup in Baltimore’s defensive rotation.
In the deal, the two sides swapped 7th round picks as well. The Ravens get one in 2027, with one for the Rams in 2026.
San Francisco 49ers acquire: Khalil Davis (DT)
Houston Texans acquire: 2026 7th round pick
The 49ers have had their defensive line depth tested through the first half of the season, so they decided to grab a potential rotation piece at the deadline in Khalil Davis. Already on his fourth team in five seasons, Davis has played in 27 games in his career and has notched 3 sacks.
The Texans will receieve a 7th round pick in return.
