He holds the NFL record for most consecutive non-losing seasons to begin his coaching career, 17 straight seasons.
Tomlin has won one Super Bowl and made two Super Bowl appearances.
However, the playoffs have not been kind to Tomlin recently.

While the organization remains loyal to Tomlin, the fan base has changed their attitude.
