Fanatics Sportsbook Launches In Wyoming

Fanatics Sportsbook launched in Wyoming on Wednesday. The company became the fifth licensed operator to launch in the Equality State, and the sportsbook is now live in 21 states.

Fanatics Sportsbook joins BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, and FanDuel in Wyoming

Of course, Fanatics joins BetMGM, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, and FanDuel as live sportsbooks in the state. Digital sports betting was first legalized in Wyoming in April 2021. The Wyoming Gaming Commission launched two operators on Sept. 1, 2021, ahead of the NFL season.

Wyoming sports bettors can get the Fanatics Sportsbook app by downloading it onto their iOS and Android mobile devices. The user interface runs smooth and efficiently.

Residents of Wyoming are being offered a special rewards program from the sportsbook as well.

If gamblers download and sign up for Fanatics in the Cowboy State, they can earn up to 5% FanCash back on every bet placed, win or lose. FanCash can be converted into bonus bet credits or used to purchase sports merchandise directly from the Fanatics.com website.

The company purchased PointsBet’s U.S. assets last summer

Moreover, Fanatics purchased PointsBet’s U.S. assets last summer. The deal gave Fanatics access to 20 U.S. markets. The company most recently launched its sports betting platform in New Jersey in May.

Following a successful beta testing trial period, Fanatics first launched in August 2023 in four states: Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Tennessee. The company then launched in Arizona, Illinois, New York, and North Carolina.

“After six months of beta testing, we are excited to officially launch the Fanatics Sportsbook product to the public,” said Scot McClintic, chief product officer for Fanatics Betting and Gaming, in a press release.

“The strategic patience to build a product for the long-term has given us an opportunity to redefine a customer’s expectation of what a sportsbook should be.”

Fanatics is expected to launch in other states in the near future.

In 2022, Louisiana passed laws to regulate sports betting. By November 2023, Fanatics Sportsbook entered the state’s market. According to Fanatics Sportsbook’s availability map, the company’s online sportsbook will soon be available for Louisiana residents.
