The Miami Dolphins have activated Odell Beckham Jr. off the physically unable to perform (PUP) list. Will the wide receiver play in Week 5’s game against the New England Patriots?

Beckham is expected to play against the Patriots on Sunday.
Beckham began the season on the PUP list after undergoing a knee procedure this offseason. Beckham missed the first four games of the season.
The former second-team All-Pro receiver signed a one-year, $3 million contract with the Dolphins in May. Beckham did not practice with the team during the offseason and training camp.
However, Beckham practiced with the Dolphins for the first time this week. He practiced for three days without any setbacks, setting him up to play this weekend.
Beckham spent last season with the Baltimore Ravens, catching 35 passes for 565 yards and three touchdowns in 14 games.
Injuries have plagued Beckham over the years. The last time Beckham looked like his Pro Bowl self was with the Rams in 2021. After being traded from Cleveland to Los Angeles midway through the 2021 season, Beckham excelled as the No. 2 receiver, catching 27 passes for 305 yards and five touchdowns in eight games.
In Super Bowl LVI, Beckham scored the game’s first touchdown before exiting with a torn ACL. The Rams defeated the Bengals 23–20, marking Beckham’s first Super Bowl victory.

It’s been tough sledding for the Dolphins.
After their Week 1 win, the Dolphins have lost three straight games. The No. 1 offense from a year ago now ranks 26th in yards per game (285.0) and 32nd in points per game (11.3).
The loss of quarterback Tua Tagovailoa has been the main reason for the offensive decline. Tagovailoa is recovering from a concussion suffered in Week 2.
The Dolphins are trying to patch things together until Week 8, Tagovailoa’s target return date.
Tyler “Snoop” Huntley will start for the Dolphins against the Patriots.
