Circa Resort & Casino Adds 106 New Luxury Rooms to Las Vegas Hotel

Circa Resort & Casino is adding 106 new luxury rooms to its existing 458-foot-tall hotel tower in downtown Las Vegas. Resort officials announced several updated changes to its rooms last Wednesday.

Circa Resort & Casino plans to increase its total room inventory by 20%, raising its max capacity to 618 rooms

According to Circa Resort & Casino, the extra rooms will boost their total room inventory by 20%, taking it to 618 rooms. The casino-resort spent $22 million on the renovation to complete open floors that were previously unused.

New additions include:

  • Four panoramic sunset suites, which are 1,187 square feet with a king bed, a living room with a wet bar, mini-fridge, dining table, and built-in beds.
  • 72 single king rooms, which are 439 square feet with a king bed, couch, and mini-fridge.
  • 24 double king rooms, which have two king beds with a couch and mini-fridge.
  • Four single king premium rooms, which are located at the end of the hallway and can connect two single rooms for a total of three king beds for guests.

“Circa continues to sell out every Friday and Saturday. This was the ultimate catalyst in deciding to expand our room inventory,” CEO Derek Stevens said in a press release.

“When we built Circa, we intentionally left space unfinished so we could analyze demand over time. … [We can also] determine which room types to add based on popularity and need. Listening to the guests’ feedback, we decided to expand two of our most requested room types — Panoramic Sunset Suites and Single Kings.”

Circa’s ceilings are higher than most Las Vegas hotel rooms in order to accommodate taller guests

Derek Stevens, Circa’s CEO, recently told Travel + Leisure that Circa’s ceilings are several inches higher than most hotel rooms in the city, allowing shower heads to travel upwards for taller guests.

“People are a lot taller than what they were 50 years ago,” Stevens said. “When we opened four years ago, we always knew there would be a substantial demand for high-quality hotel rooms in downtown Las Vegas.

“We have effectively been sold out every single weekend for the last four years. So, the demand is there. A lot of people really enjoy the energy downtown gives you.”

Circa’s casino also offers classic table games like blackjack, roulette, craps, baccarat, 3-card poker, and more. Guests are able to enjoy stadium-style electronic table games as well.

Members of the Club One player’s club receive special discounts, merchandise, free slot play, and more. Additionally, the casino airs Vegas Stats and Information Network (VSiN) broadcasts daily from its on-site studio.
