Whew, what an NFL Sunday.

The Minnesota Vikings escaped the New Orleans Saints thanks to a double doink in London, the Philadelphia Eagles came back from 14-0 to defeat the Jacksonville Jaguars and move to 4-0, the Buffalo Bills came back from 17 points down to stun the Baltimore Ravens at the death, and Zach Wilson led the New York Jets to a last-minute victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in his first start of the season. And that doesn’t even cover the half of it.

We’ve got a doozy of a night cap to finish off the Week 4 slate, as the Kansas City Chiefs will travel to South Florida to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In an effort to spice up this showdown even more, let’s target some first touchdown scorer picks for what should be a thrilling edition of Sunday Night Football.

Cameron Brate +1900

Cameron Brate had his busiest game of the season last week with five catches and 52 yards on six targets. With Chris Godwin and Julio Jones both nursing injuries, I think Tom Brady will continue to look Brate’s way in Week 4.

Brate scored four touchdowns last season despite catching just 30 passes. He’s one of Brady’s go-to weapons in the red zone, and I think +1900 is more than a fair price considering the injuries on Tampa Bay’s offense.

Isiah Pacheco +4000

Isiah Pacheco burst onto the scene with 12 carries for 62 yards and a touchdown in his first NFL game, but he’s been quiet since with just five carries for 15 yards. Even with the steep drop in touches, I think Pacheco’s 40/1 price to score the first touchdown is too high.

It’s impossible to predict how Andy Reid will use his running backs in the red zone. There’s no reason Jerick McKinnon should be priced at 16/1 when Pacheco is all the way up at 40. This is simply a value play, so let’s hope for some early carries for the rookie.

Tom Brady +4800

We all know Tom Brady isn’t a mobile quarterback, and I’m not expecting him to scramble one in from any sort of distance. But the 45-year-old is one of the best to ever do it when it comes to the art of the QB sneak.

Brady has scored multiple rushing touchdowns in four straight seasons. The Buccaneers trust him to fall forward for one yard when they reach the goal line. We’re essentially getting 48/1 odds on Tampa Bay to move the ball inside the 1-yard-line early in the game. Why not?
