Top Four (Champions League Places)

Chelsea

Coming in at number one is Chelsea, who have been deemed to have the best looking kits for the 2024/25 season by AI.

The Blues have been involved in another major transfer window, appointing Enzo Maresca as manager, selling Conor Gallagher and signing Pedro Neto from Wolves.

Chelsea’s home kit encapsulated the traditional blue while adding a slight twist with a lighter blue pattern, with the away kit coming in a white/blue trim.

Manchester United

Next on the list is Manchester United, who are in the middle of huge change after the acquisition by INEOS – appointing a whole new structure for footballing operations.

The Red Devils boast a new shirt sponsor for the 2024/25 season, as SnapDragon replace TeamViewer and the new kits have been well received.

The home shirt is in the traditional red, the away shirt will be navy with a collar and the third kit was recently released in white with red and black stripes.

The AI has handed United an 8.25 rating for the home and away kit – ranking them second in the Premier League

Ipswich Town

After earning back-to-back promotions from League One to the Premier League, Ipswich Town will return to the Premier League for the first time since 2002.

Sponsored by life-long Town fan and global superstar, Ed Sheeran, the home kit stays in the historic blue, the away kit comes in a red and navy stripe format and the recently released away kit (which was not part of this rating) is a hot pink.

The AI has placed Ipswich in third place, but Kieran McKenna’s aim may not be this high in the Premier League – as the Tractor Boys face Liverpool and Manchester City in their opening two fixtures.

Crystal Palace

The Eagles enjoyed a stellar end to their 2023-24 campaign under Oliver Glasner – remaining undefeated from their final seven matches (6W+1D).

However, their chances of another successful season have taken a hit following the departure of Michael Olise and the rumoured exit of Marc Guehi.

The AI has handed Crystal Palace a 7.5 rating for both their home and away kit, with the home kit following a unique twist on the classic red and blue stripes.

Bottom Three (Relegation Places)

Brighton

The AI has placed Brighton in 18th when analysing the best looking kits, with the Seagulls revealing a traditional blue and white striped home kit and a debatable yellow strip for their away fixtures.

Roberto De Zerbi left the club at the end of the 2024/25 season following a successful tenure on the south coast – taking the reigns at Marseille.

Newcastle

Eddie Howe’s side failed to build on their Champions League qualifying season in 2022-23 – finishing 7th in the Premier League last time out.

The AI’s decision to place Newcastle in 19th may come as a surprise to some supporters, with many praising the new kits.

The Magpies have the traditional black and white stripes for their home strip, whilst opting for a retro white, black and turquoise combination for the away kit.

Nottingham Forest

Coming in last place is Nottingham Forest, who have managed to avoid relegation by the skin of their teeth for the last few seasons.

The AI has given Nuno Espirito Santo’s side a 5.75 rating, as the home kit follows the traditional red and white.

However, the away strip has split opinion due to its peculiar pattern and colour selection – being primarily navy with a bright pink trim.
