2022 NFL QB Grades: 4 QBs Received Perfect Scores in Week 2, but None of Them Were Able to Take Over the No. 1 Overall Spot

ln Week 1 of our season-long NFL quarterback competition, I handed out just one perfect grade to Patrick Mahomes.
But in Week 2, four perfect scores were distributed. The first two were in the same game as Tua Tagovailoa and Lamar Jackson were both dynamic as the Dolphins and Ravens engaged in an instant classic.
The third went to Josh Allen, who led his Buffalo Bills to a decisive victory over the troubled Tennessee Titans on Monday night, earning his A+ in just three quarters. But despite his strong performance, Allen fell just short of the top overall spot.
And the fourth also came Monday night as Jalen Hurts had the breakout performance Eagles fans have been waiting for as Philly thumped Kirk Cousins, who took a big step back in the standings this week and the Minnesota Vikings.
While not perfect scores, a few more A grades were handed out this week, but we also handed out our first two Fs. Can you guess who they went to before you scroll down the list?

32. Justin Fields, Chicago Bears (1-0)
Week 2 Stats: 7-11, 70 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT; 8 rushes, 20 yards, 1 TD
Week 2 Grade: D
In Week 1, I cut Justin Fields a little slack as the Chicago Bears and San Francisco 49ers essentially played in a monsoon at Soldier Field. And while there was a little rain at Lambeau on Sunday night, it wasn’t enough to cut him any slack this week.
Sure, Fields scored the only Bears touchdown of the night, scampering into the end zone early after the Chicago running attack got them into the red zone. But take that away, and there was nothing to feel overly good about from the Ohio State star.
Seventy-yard passing nights aren’t going to win many NFL games. And if Fields continues this pattern, that surprise victory in Week 1 might be the Bears’ only win of the year.

31. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals (0-2)
Week 2 Stats: 24-36, 199 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 4 rushes, 26 yards
Week 2 Grade: C-
After giving Joe Burrow a C- following the Bengals’ Week 1 loss to the Steelers, I certainly wasn’t expecting to provide him with the same grade in Week 2.
He didn’t have the four interceptions he did a week ago, but Burrow never looked comfortable against the Cowboys’ defense on Sunday. I’ll give him plenty of credit for leading a 19-play, 83-yard drive late in the game to give Cincinnati a chance. But, overall, we’re just not seeing the same Joe Burrow we saw a season ago.
The Bengals are the first Super Bowl participant to start 0-2 since 1999, and Burrow is on pace to be sacked 111 times this season after taking just 51 in 2021. Cincy takes on the Jets in Week 3.

30. Baker Mayfield, Carolina Panthers (0-2)
Week 2 Stats: 14-29, 145 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 6 rushes, 35 yards
Week 2 Grade: D
If Baker Mayfield wants the Carolina Panthers or any other NFL team to give him that big contract he’ll be seeking next March, he’s going to have to step it up.
The 2018 No. 1 overall pick was utterly atrocious in Carolina’s 19-16 loss to the Giants, completing just 48.3% of his passes. What’s sad is that it hasn’t even been that long since he threw that poorly, at least in terms of the number of games played. In his final game with the Browns, Mayfield’s completion percentage was just 42.1%.
At least he didn’t throw an interception, right? But he still gets a D grade and deserves it.

29. Mitchell Trubisky, Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 21-33, 168 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 1 rush, 7 yards
Week 2 Grade: C–
So the Steelers claim they’re going to stick with Mitchell Trubisky for the entire season, no matter what. How firm do you think that really is at this point?
A week ago, the Pittsburgh defense got to Joe Burrow in several different ways to help overshadow Trubisky’s average performance in a win over the defending AFC champion Bengals. But that wasn’t the case in Week 2 in a 17-14 loss against an average Patriots team.
Trubisky had a higher completion percentage in Week 2 but threw for less yardage and had an interception. Many Steelers fans are already calling for Kenny Pickett. Will Mike Tomlin go back on his word?

28. Jameis Winston, New Orleans Saints (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 25-40, 236 yards, 1 TD, 3 INT; 1 rush, 2 yards
Week 2 Grade: D
Following a solid opening-week performance against the Falcons, Jameis Winston went the other way in Week 2 against the Buccaneers, who’ve allowed just 13 points in two games.
He played reasonably clean football for the first 48 minutes. As for the last 12? Yeah, not so much. He was picked off three times in the fourth quarter as Tampa Bay took control of the game on the way to a 20-10 victory.
Winston has been dealing with a back injury, missing some practice time leading into the NFC South showdown, and if that continues to impact his performance as it did Sunday, the Saints might need to sit him until he heals up.

27. Jacoby Brissett, Cleveland Browns (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 22-27, 229 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 6 rushes, 43 yards
Week 2 Grade: B
While Jacoby Brissett played a much better football game than he did in Cleveland’s Week 1 victory over Baker Mayfield and the Panthers, the Browns walked away with a loss to the New York Jets in Week 2. But it’s not as if Brissett didn’t give his team a chance to win, completing 81.5% of his passes, up from a dreadful 52.9% a week ago.
With 1:55 remaining, it looked as if Brissett & Co. were well on their way to victory as Nick Chubb scored a touchdown to give Cleveland a 13-point lead. But then the most Browns thing that can happen actually happened as they squandered the lead to take a heartbreaking 31-30 loss to drop to 1-1. It was the first time in 2,229 NFL games that a team lost when leading by 13 or more with less than two minutes to play.
And who was the last team to lose in that fashion before Sunday? That would be the 2001 Cleveland Browns.

26. Ryan Tannehill, Tennessee Titans (0-2)
Week 2 Stats: 11-20, 117 yards, 0 TD, 2 INT; 1 rush, 2 yards

ln our Week 2 fantasy forecast, I predicted Ryan Tannehill would be the QB Bust of the Week, and I think I got that right as the Titans were rolled by the Buffalo Bills, 41-7.
Tannehill could never get anything going against the Bills’ vaunted defense, completing just 55% of his passes for 117 yards, his lowest completion percentage and yardage total since completing only 52.4% of his passes for 93 yards in a disastrous performance last season against the Patriots.
The Titans, last year’s No. 1 seed in the AFC, are now in the cellar of the AFC South at 0-2 and face an early must-win situation in Week 3 against the Las Vegas Raiders.

25. Matt Ryan, Indianapolis Colts (0-1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 16-30, 195 yards, 0 TD, 3 INT

l said when I started this yearlong project that it would take a truly awful performance for me to hand out an F grade to anyone. But as with Tannehill, Matt Ryan forced my hand with an abysmal outing in a shutout loss to the Jaguars.
The 2016 NFL MVP — yeah, don’t forget he once won that award — barely reached the 50% completion mark (53.3%, to be exact), didn’t reach 200 yards, threw zero touchdowns, took five sacks, and threw three picks. Any Colts fan who wants to yell at me for this failing grade can hit me up in the comments section at the bottom of the page. But you know you won’t have a real case, don’t you?

24. Marcus Mariota, Atlanta Falcons (0-2)
Week 2 Stats: 17-26, 196 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT; 6 rushes, 16 yards
Week 2 Grade: C-
l’ll give Marcus Mariota credit for not packing it in when his Falcons got down big to the Super Bowl champion Rams in a 31-27 loss.
But let’s not pretend he looks like a true starting NFL quarterback. There’s a reason he’s been a backup for years, and he’s clearly a placeholder until Atlanta feels Desmond Ridder is ready to go. Again, I’ll give the guy credit for bringing the Falcons back, but that final interception to Jalen Ramsey was terrible.
There were four Rams in the vicinity of Bryan Edwards in the end zone, and Mariota threw it anyway, even with Kyle Pitts in single coverage elsewhere.

23. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 27-36, 272 yards, 3 TD, 2 INT
Week 2 Grade: B-
Matthew Stafford certainly looked better against the Falcons than he did in Week 1 against the Bills. He hit his first 12 targets and completed 75% of his passes with three touchdowns as the Super Bowl champion LA Rams got in the win column with a 31-27 victory over the Atlanta Falcons.
But he’s still making a few too many mistakes, as evidenced by his two interceptions. Stafford still has more picks than TDs, a formula that won’t continue to win the Rams games moving forward. The champs square off with the division rival Cardinals in Week 3.

22. Davis Mills, Houston Texans (0-1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 19-38, 177 yards, 0 TD, 0 INT; 2 rushes, 1 yard

After a B+ performance in the Texans’ Week 1 tie with the Colts, Davis Mills couldn’t follow it up as he completed just 50% of his passes with no touchdowns in Houston’s Week 2 loss to the Broncos.
If Mills has another dismal performance in Week 3, those watching the Texans could be in for a dreadful day overall as they visit Justin Fields and the Bears.

21. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 27-46, 221 yards, 1 TD, 3 INT; 2 rushes, 20 yards

This is just the way it goes with Kirk Cousins, isn’t it? In Week 1, he looked like an MVP candidate leading the Vikings to a big win over Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. But in Week 2, he was atrocious as Minnesota got trounced by the Eagles on Monday Night Football, 24-7. There’s a reason for that 60-60-2 career record, isn’t there?
The fourth-rounder was picked off three times, was sacked twice, and was never able to get Justin Jefferson truly involved in the offense. Not everything was Cousins’ fault, as there were some critical drops at crucial moments, but he never looked comfortable against Jonathan Gannon’s defense and will likely have a nightmare or two about Darius Slay this week.

20. Derek Carr, Las Vegas Raiders (0-2)
Week 2 Stats: 25-39, 252 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT; 1 rush, 9 yards

So the Las Vegas Raiders are off to an 0-2 start, which certainly can’t be what they expected given their new-look lineup. But at least this week’s overtime loss to the Arizona Cardinals wasn’t Derek Carr’s fault.
The three-time Pro Bowler was in much more control than he was in Week 1 against the Chargers when he had the third three-interception game of his career. Carr was pick-free this week, upped his completion percentage by nearly five points, and was putting the Raiders in position to possibly win in overtime.
But Hunter Renfrow fumbled, and Byron Murphy Jr. scooped up the ball and took it 59 yards to the house for a walk-off win for Arizona.

19. Mac Jones, New England Patriots (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 21-35, 252 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 7 rushes, 6 yards
Week 2 Grade: C+
Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots got themselves in the win column with a three-point victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday, but let’s not pretend Mac Jones was the main reason why.
Did he play poorly? No. But was he better than a C+? That’s also a no. Those who may disagree might point to the 53-yard touchdown pass to Nelson Agholor just before the half to give the Pats a 10-3 lead. But actually watch that play, and you’ll see how underthrown that pass truly is. That was Agholor’s highlight, not Jones’.
Mac should look especially mediocre next Sunday when compared to his QB counterpart for Week 3, Lamar Jackson.

18. Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 14-31, 219 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 2 rushes, 3 yards
Week 2 Grade: C-
The only thing keeping Russell Wilson from a D grade is that go-ahead touchdown pass to tight end Eric Saubert in the fourth quarter. And maybe that 35-yard strike to Courtland Sutton not long before.
But outside of that, Wilson didn’t look like a nine-time Pro Bowler. He completed a dreadful 45.2% of his passes and is merely lucky he was playing an average team. Nevertheless, he got his first win in a Broncos uniform. Now he has to hope not to embarrass himself in front of a national audience as Denver next hosts San Francisco on Sunday Night Football.

17. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers (0-1)
Week 2 Stats: 19-25, 234 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT; 5 rushes, 10 yards

After a dismal performance in a Week 1 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, Aaron Rodgers returned with a solid performance against the Chicago Bears, proving once again that he owns the Monsters of the Midway.
Rodgers was back to his typically efficient self, completing 76% of his passes on Sunday night, and spread the wealth nicely, hitting eight different targets in the easy 27-10 win to get his team back to .500. Up next for Rodgers & Co. is a high-profile matchup with Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

16. Daniel Jones, New York Giants (2-0)
Week 2 Stats: 22-34, 176 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 10 rushes, 21 yards
Week 2 Grade: C+
While Daniel Jones wasn’t nearly as efficient as he was in the Giants’ surprising Week 1 win over the Titans, he did enough in Week 2 against the Panthers to get New York to 2-0 for the first time in six years.
After completing more than 80% of his passes a week ago, Jones dropped down to 64.7% against Carolina, which is still just fine. And he avoided throwing an interception this week, which is always helpful. Now we’ll have to see how he does with Micah Parsons breathing down his neck when the Giants host the rival Cowboys on Monday Night Football in Week 3.

T14. Jimmy Garoppolo, San Francisco 49ers (0-0)
Week 2 Stats: 13-21, 154 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 4 rushes, 5 yards, 1 TD
Week 2 Grade: B-
Does San Francisco 49ers general manager John Lynch look like a genius or what? Unable to find a trade partner for Jimmy Garoppolo, Lynch was able to convince Jimmy G to sign a restructured contract to be Trey Lance’s backup for the year.
And he’s now saved the team millions of dollars as Garoppolo will be the Niners’ starter for the remainder of the year as Lance left Sunday’s matchup with the Seahawks with a season-ending leg injury. While Lance technically gets the win as the starter (hence the 0-0 record above), Garoppolo led San Francisco to a 20-point victory despite playing an average game.
But he hit the spots he needed to and did enough to get his team back to .500. Jimmy G and the Niners head to Denver in Week 3 for a Sunday night showdown with Russell Wilson and the 1-1 Broncos.

T14. Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 31-49, 277 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 5 rushes, 28 yards, 1 TD
Week 2 Grade: B
I’m still not sold that Kyler Murray warranted that monster contract he received from the Arizona Cardinals, but he put on a solid performance against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday.
With the Cards trailing by 16 with less than nine minutes to play in regulation, Murray led them all the way back with a pair of touchdown drives and two-point conversions. As time expired, he ran for a touchdown to cut the Vegas lead to two and then hit A.J. Green with a dart on the conversion to send the game to an extra frame, where the Arizona defense played hero.

13. Tom Brady, Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-0)
Week 2 Stats: 18-34, 190 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 3 rushes, -2 yards
Week 2 Grade: C+
The good news for Tom Brady is that he finally earned his first regular-season win over the New Orleans Saints in a Buccaneers uniform.
The bad news is that TB12 didn’t play particularly well in the 10-point victory. He completed just 52.9% of his passes and failed to reach 200 passing yards for the first time since January 17, 2021, which was ironically his only other win against the Saints as a Buc, a 30-20 win in the Divisional Round en route to winning his seventh Super Bowl.
Up next for Brady is a high-profile matchup with Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers. He may not want to rely on his defense to secure that victory.

12. Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 24-30, 197 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT; 2 rushes, 2 yards
Week 2 Grade: C+
After finding enough magic to take down Russell Wilson in his emotional return to Seattle in Week 1, Geno Smith took a step back in Week 2 as the Seahawks were blown out by the 49ers.
While Smith was efficient, completing 80% of his passes, he averaged just 8.2 yards per completion and completed just two passes of 10 yards or more. Perhaps he needs to get back home and ride that 12th Man wave a little longer. The Seahawks welcome the Falcons in Week 3.

11. Joe Flacco, New York Jets (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 26-44, 307 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT; 2 rushes, 6 yards
Week 2 Grade: A-
In a Week 1 loss to the Ravens, the Jets scored just nine points while Joe Flacco threw 59 passes. Things were much more efficient in Week 2 against the Browns. Flacco still used his arm quite a bit, throwing 44 passes to up his league-leading attempt total to 103, but more good things happened this week as the Jets scored 31 points. And they needed every single one of them to secure a one-point victory.
Trailing by 13 points with 1:55 to go, Flacco looked as if he were still in his prime and hit Corey Davis with a 66-yard touchdown pass to pull New York within six. The Jets then recovered an onside kick, and on the ensuing possession, Flacco hit rookie Garrett Wilson with a 15-yard TD pass to give the Jets an improbable victory.
The 37-year-old is now 18-3 in his career against the Jets. Robert Saleh will have a tough decision to make when Zach Wilson is ready to return.

10. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 20-34, 256 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT; 2 rushes, -2 yards
Week 2 Grade: A-
In a quarterback battle between the top two picks of the 2016 NFL Draft, Jared Goff got the better of Carson Wentz with a fantastic performance against the Washington Commanders.
His 58.8% completion percentage still leaves a bit to be desired and is the reason for the minus sign on his Week 2 grade. Otherwise, however, the No. 1 pick in 2016 was solid, throwing for 256 yards and four touchdowns, his first four-TD performance since December 2018 while with the Rams in a win over the 49ers.

T8. Cooper Rush, Dallas Cowboys (1-0)
Week 2 Stats: 19-31, 235 yards, 1 TD, 0 INT; 1 rush, 2 yards
Week 2 Grade: B
Love the Dallas Cowboys or not, you gotta love the Cooper Rush story. Filling in for the injured Dak Prescott, Rush moved his career record to 2-0 as a starter, and he’s led a game-winning drive on the final possession in both victories.
The Michigan native got off to a hot start and gave Dallas an early 7-0 lead with a 12-yard touchdown pass to Noah Brown, the latter’s first score in the NFL. It may have been Rush’s only TD pass of the day, but he played a clean game, taking just one sack and throwing zero interceptions.
And he was cool, calm, and collected after Cincy fought back from a 17-3 deficit, leading the drive to set up Brett Maher’s game-winning field goal as time expired to get the Cowboys back to .500.

T8. Carson Wentz, Washington Commanders (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 30-46, 337 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT; 2 rushes, 23 yards
Week 2 Grade: B
For the second straight week, Carson Wentz played solid football. But unlike Week 1, the Commanders walked away in defeat, losing to Jared Goff and the Detroit Lions, 36-27.
Washington was down 22-0 at halftime but made some adjustments in the locker room and got back into the game in the third quarter. Wentz got his team within seven with a 15-yard TD pass to Curtis Samuel, a 20-yard scoring strike to Logan Thomas, and a two-point conversion.
But that’s as close as they got as Goff played a great game to get the Lions in the win column. Despite the loss, Wentz became the first quarterback in NFL history with at least 300 yards passing and three touchdown passes in his first two starts with a new team.

7. Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars (1-1)

lf the Week 2 version of Trevor Lawrence continues to show up, the Jacksonville Jaguars will win some football games in 2022. Facing what’s turning out to be a highly disappointing Colts team, the Jags extended their home winning streak over Indianapolis to eight behind a fantastic performance from their second-year savior.
Lawrence completed a career-high 83.3% of his passes in the 24-0 shutout for 235 yards and a pair of touchdowns. But the most beautiful part for Jacksonville fans is the lack of an interception. Last year’s No. 1 overall pick struggled a bit with picks as a rookie but has thrown just one in his first two games in 2022.
Watch out, world. Mr. Lawrence is starting to figure this league out.

6. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles (2-0)
Week 2 Stats: 26-31, 333 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT; 11 rushes, 57 yards, 2 TD
Week 2 Grade: A+
Usually, I wouldn’t hand out a perfect grade to anyone with an interception. But let’s face it. The lone pick from Jalen Hurts against the Vikings on Monday night wasn’t his fault. The ball bounced right off running back Kenneth Gainwell’s hands and ruined what otherwise was essentially a perfect night.
Eagles fans have been waiting for Hurts’ true breakout performance, and this was it. The third-year star looked like a true franchise quarterback against Minnesota, accounting for 390 yards of total offense while showcasing every part of his game.
Accuracy has never been his strong suit, but Hurts completed a career-high 83.9% of his passes — no, we’re not including those three games from his rookie year when he went 1-for-1 as a backup — for 333 yards, his first 300-yard effort in nearly a year.
And in addition to his one passing touchdown, a 53-yard bomb to Quez Watkins, Hurts added a pair of scores on the ground, including a ridiculously tough run where he dragged two defenders into the end zone with him. Just a dominating performance.

5. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 21-29, 318 yards, 3 TD, 0 INT; 9 rushes, 119 yards, 1 TD
Week 2 Grade: A+
Following a solid-enough performance in a Week 1 win over the Jets, Lamar Jackson showed off and showed out against the Dolphins on Sunday.
Okay, so the Ravens lost a heartbreaker, 42-38, but Jackson certainly wasn’t the reason. His entire repertoire was on display in Week 2 as he completed 72.4% of his passes, well above his career average of 64.1%, for 318 yards, his highest total since a 442-yard outburst last October in an overtime win over the Colts, and three touchdowns.
The 2019 NFL MVP added 119 yards on the ground, his highest rushing total since a 120-yard effort last November in an overtime win over the Vikings. Think he’s trying to prove why he should be the highest-paid quarterback in the NFL or something?

4. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins (2-0)
Week 2 Stats: 36-50, 469 yards, 6 TD, 2 INT; 1 rush, 1 yard
Week 2 Grade: A+
Putting yourself next to Dan Marino in any record book is a great accomplishment, and that’s exactly what Tua Tagovailoa did Sunday. The third-year signal-caller silenced a lot of his haters in a 42-38 win over the Ravens with a career-high 469 yards and a franchise record-tying six touchdown passes.
Should we come to expect this every week? Probably not. But with that dynamic duo of Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle wreaking havoc, don’t be surprised if we see plenty more big performances from Tua as the year rolls along.

3. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers (1-1)
Week 2 Stats: 33-48, 334 yards, 3 TD, 1 INT; 2 rushes, 1 yard
Week 2 Grade: B+
Take away that game-changing interception, and Justin Herbert gets an A for his Week 2 performance against the Chiefs. But that truly was a big interception as Herbert was picked off at the goal line in the fourth quarter by Jaylen Watson, who took it 99 yards the other way to put Kansas City on top.
Just two series later, Herbert took a nasty hit from Mike Danna, and it was thought that might be the end of the former’s night as it was clear he was nursing his ribs. But he came back and fired a fourth-down 36-yard dart to keep the Chargers’ hopes alive before hitting Joshua Palmer in the back of the end zone on fourth and goal with just over 60 seconds to play to get within three.
But LA couldn’t recover the onside kick, and that was that. While X-rays were negative, Herbert’s status for the Chargers’ Week 3 showdown with Trevor Lawrence and the Jags is still somewhat up in the air.

2. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills (2-0)
Week 2 Stats: 26-38, 317 yards, 4 TD, 0 INT; 1 rush, 10 yards
Week 2 Grade: A+
So I think it’s safe to say that Josh Allen and the Bills are pretty good, right?
Buffalo destroyed a high-profile opponent for the second straight week, and Allen is undoubtedly making an early case for the NFL MVP award. The fifth-year superstar only needed three quarters to throw for 317 yards and four touchdowns, three of them to Stefon Diggs, as the Bills torched the Titans, 41-7.
He completed 68.4% of his passes and, unlike in Week 1, didn’t throw an interception. Up next for Allen & Co. is a huge AFC East showdown with Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins.

1. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs (2-0)
Week 2 Stats: 24-35, 235 yards, 2 TD, 0 INT; 2 rushes, -1 yard
Week 2 Grade: A-
While Patrick Mahomes didn’t put up the stats he did in Week 1 against the Cardinals, he was still pretty damn good in a high-profile Week 2 matchup with Justin Herbert and the Chargers. The 2018 NFL MVP completed 68.6% of his passes for 235 yards and two touchdowns and remained interception-free for the year as the Chiefs moved to 2-0 with a 27-24 win.
Mahomes remains in the No. 1 spot in our list and is seemingly set up for another big day as the Chiefs take on the Colts in Week 3.
