Black Oak Casino Resort Opens Newly Renovated Family Fun Floor

Black Oak Casino Resort in Tuolumne, California, hosted a grand opening Thursday to unveil its revamped family center. The newly renovated area is located on the casino’s first floor, which is now known as the Family Fun Floor. The new children’s entertainment center is a partnership between the resort, Cyber Quest, and Kids Quest.

Black Oak Casino Resort partnered with Cyber Quest, Kids Quest to provide entertainment, supervision for children

Cyber Quest is an interactive arcade designed for kids of all ages, offering non-violent video games in a fun, safe environment. The venue features a Cyber Quest Prize Zone where winning guests can choose from small toys to electronic devices.

Meanwhile, Kids Quest provides supervision for kids ages 30 months to 12 years old. Also, the entertainment center offers children video games, craft projects, and music.

The collaboration is intended “to elevate the family-friendly atmosphere at Black Oak Casino Resort, offering an unparalleled experience for guests of all ages,” resort promoters said.

“This partnership has been well over two years in the making… We couldn’t be more excited to let our guests and their families come by and see why Kids Quest and Cyber Quest are the true industry leaders in providing memorable family entertainment options,” said Ty Day Jr, President of the Tuolumne Economic Development Authority Board of Directors.

“In addition to the recently upgraded Black Oak Lanes and The Charlie serving up the best pizza in the county, the Family Fun Floor truly has something for everyone.”

Casino-resort hired 12 new employees to staff the Cyber Quest, Kids Quest venues for families

Additionally, Black Oak Casino Resort hired 12 new employees to staff the Cyber Quest and Kids Quest venues. All 12 have undergone background checks and completed first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.

Troy Dunkley, CEO of Kids Quest/Cyber Quest, added, “We are thrilled that Black Oak Casino Resort is the next location where families can personally see why both Kids Quest and Cyber Quest are such popular destinations for family fun.”

Both new venues will “bring together engaging entertainment for kids and peace of mind for parents,” report promoters said.

Black Oak unveiled The Water for guests over the summertime

Furthermore, the casino-resort also recently unveiled The Water, a new pool area with a bar and lounge for guests.

Other features of The Water include a spa, a giant outdoor video screen, and a room for dances and pool parties. In fact, a kids water area is available as well.

Children ages 5 and under will require supervision, according to Black Oak Casino Resort.

The 158-inch outdoor video screen has a custom surround-sound system for guests on the 20,000-square-foot pool deck. However, the surround-sound system is not loud enough for guests to hear from inside the resort’s hotel.
