Sportsbook Tabs Cole Custer With Top NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship Odds; Cole Custer Gets Favorite Nod; Myatt Snider Returns
Sportsbooks are beginning to favor Cole Custer to repeat as the NASCAR Xfinity Series champion. Custer (+220) drew the top sports-betting odds after his runner-up finish during last Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series event at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
Entering Saturday’s National Debt Relief 250 race at Martinsville Speedway, Custer sits as the No. 4-ranked driver, 28 points over the Round of 8 elimination line. The Championship 4 race is slated for Nov. 9 at Phoenix Raceway.
Before last weekend’s Round of 8 event, Chandler Smith drew top odds, but after posting a P13 last weekend, he dropped to fifth with +750.
Justin Allgaier (+225), who signed an extension with JR Motorsports, drew the second-best odds and Austin Hill (+260), the winner at Homestead-Miami, was next.
Allgaier, 38, announced this week he inked a multi-year contract to remain behind the wheel of the No. 7 Chevrolet. A two-time circuit runner-up, Allgaier competed in six Championship 4 races over the past eight seasons.

Myatt Snider To Pilot DGM Racing Machine
Myatt Snider received another chance to compete at the Xfinity Series level – at a facility he knows well.
DGM Racing announced Snider will pilot the No. 91 Chevrolet during Saturday’s Round of 8 finale at Martinsville Speedway.
“It’s really exciting to be working with a great family operation like DGM,” Myatt Snider said via team press release. “I’ve always had a lot of respect for Mario and the Gosselins, and working with them to put this together has done nothing but confirm this. I’m also glad to see TreeTop Apple Juice return for a 3rd consecutive year. Their support has meant the world to me, and I’ve run some of my best races fueled by their grower-owned apple juice. I’m also excited to return to Martinsville Speedway.
“ It’s a track where I cut my teeth, and I’ve had a lot of personal success. Can’t wait to continue that in the 91 this Saturday.”
The No. 91 team, fueled by driver Kyle Weatherman, is coming off a P14 during last Saturday’s event at Homestead-Miami Speedway.
A full-time Xfinity Series driver from 2020-22, Snider compiled 107 series starts, including a win at Homestead-Miami in 2021.
This season, Snider, 29, has competed in two races for SS-GreenLight Racing. He finished P19 at Martinsville on April 6 and P23 at Las Vegas on March 2.
